Ok, first problem: The copyright statement is really vague.  In the README, it
says:
You can distribute, copy and alter it in the terms of the GPL license. Read
COPYING for mor details.

COPYING is just the GPL v2.

The --help option says:
This software can be redistributed and modified under the terms of the GPL.

Some of the files have a header claiming copyright (not by the game author)
and licensing under LGPL.

I suppose it's a good idea to send an e-mail to the author that this could be
improved?  As far as I can see, it should be packagable, though.  Is that
correct?
