... From the name of it, it probably sounds like a C++ binding to libxml, it
is not packaged though, checking in google, but i would say that this rules
this game out. ...

  libxml++ is a C++ wrapper for the libxml XML parser library. Its original
  author is Ari Johnson and it is currently maintained by Christophe de Vienne
  and Murray Cumming.

So, no, i guess there are no chances of including this one.
