I think that's not consistent.  Imagine the following:  I change the
maintainer of my packages to pkg-games-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org,
but leave them at my private computer at home.  Then I leave for
holidays.  You get bug reports, and you could to something, but it would
be easier, if everything would be on one place, wouldn't it?
