With 0.11.1-3 i have:
goneri at clara$ tegclient
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "themes/m2/teg_theme.xml"
I/O warning : failed to load external 
entity "/home/goneri/.teg//themes/m2/teg_theme.xml"

Then the client starts correctly.
