Tremulous packages

Indeed, I see on this page

"The upcoming release will be based on the GPLed Quake III engine.
However, the data files of the modification are non-free with a yet
unclear status."

Well, the GPL upcoming is there and the datas files are CC-Sa 2.5, which
is indeed non-free for Debian but suitable for non-free though.

I've discussed these issues on debian-legal and yes, they seem to be
