We usually do it the other way around, the team is the maintainer and the
real people are listed in the Uploaders field.

This _is_ better because of several reasons, see the last big chunk of
comments from me at [0]

Yes, unfortunately, we also (kind of) struggle with lack of uploaders,
but we manage nonetheless.
