Bug#392172: FTBFS: JTree.h:118: error: parse error in template argument list

This package fails to build in unstable.  gcc-4.1 4.1.1-13 accepts the
code, but the new 4.1.1-16 rejects it.  I'm not sure if this is a
package or compiler bug.
