Oolite - please hint 1.65-4 into Etch

Hello,

Oolite 1.65-4 is currently 26 days old[1] and built fine an all supported
arches (in non-free). The last update had only non-functional updates which
mostly were targeted at improving documentation.


Since the updates made on the package are in the interest of the users without
making code changes to the game itself, I am asking for this version to be
hinted into Etch.
