if the tarball for the current version in trunk is linked through the property 'svn-bp:origUrl' there is no need for
this step (c)). This also makes it easy for the svn-buildstat to build (although, iirc Gonéri has made a hack to pull
tarballs from our web space).

So, if the maintainer of the package keeps that property up to date, there is no problem
