Bug#424742: nexuiz_2.2.3-1: uninstallable due to hard-coded dependency on libcurl3

hi steve,

nexuiz is updated to the latest curl library in the debian games team
subversion repository.

as nexuiz uses dlopen() to load nearly every library it needs, a bunch
of dependencies have to be hard-coded in the dependencies list of the
package.
