Bug#449332: pixfrogger: pick up the language from the enviroment

Package: pixfrogger

When I start pixfrogger it asks me to choose between Spanish and
English. I already chose English when I logged into my computer, and
pixfrogger should be able to detect my locale and use it. As you can see
below, other programs (such as reportbug) are perfectly capable of
this.
