Bug#448786: a7xpg: fails to start when audio device is in use

Package: a7xpg
Version: 0.11.dfsg1-2
Severity: normal

Since sound isn't essential to this game, please change it so that it
starts when the audio device is in use. Ideally it would indicate on the
screen that sound is not available with an icon or something.

Alternatively, it could show the error in a GUI dialog instead of
stdout, since many newbies wouldn't know where to look for such errors.

$ a7xpg
