hex-a-hop override disparity

I intented indeed to change the priority from extra to optional in
hex-a-hop. My sponsor, Bas Wijnen, suggested this to be more conform
with the policy:

extra
     This contains all packages that conflict with others with required,
     important, standard or optional priorities, or are only likely to be
     useful if you already know what they are or have specialized
     requirements. 

hex-a-hop does not conflict with other packages, is a game and that's
why useful for everyone and doesn't have any specialized requirements
(but it doesn't harm to know same stuff from graph theory :-))
