Build failure of supertuxkart on powerpc

Yes. Contact the admins to get the needed packages installed. Usually
debian-admin at lists.debian.org but you can check the “admin contact” on
the per-machine pages linked from http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi

And as pointed by Charles, Rhonda is on it already.
