Hi Eddy, I would prefere to see a lintian script for that. I began such
addon for lintian some month ago:

IMO, improving lintian is a better solution since every svnbuildstat but
also us can use it directly.

Yes, you right. Lucas suggested me the idea some month ago and I've to
admit I'm seriously lagging here.
