Bug#460952: Warzone resolution set to 0x0 at first startup

Package: warzone2100
Version: 2.1.0~0.svn3330-1

If no .warzone2100-2.1 exists in the home directory the resolution is
set to 0x0 after the first startup. warzone2100 refuses to start a
second time:
error   : Error: Video mode 0x0 at 32bpp is not supported!
Workaround: Delete .warzone2100-2.1, start warzone2100, set the
resolution in the graphics options.
