adopting bsdgames

I am interested in maintaining bsdgames.  I use several of the games
often.  I am an experienced programmer and long-time Debian user.

Before I actually read the O bug (I initially saw the orphan in the wnpp
summary sent to debian-devel), I sent an email to Raul Miller, whom I
know from many years ago, asking if he would sponsor me.  I would be
willing to join the Games team and maintain it as part of the team, but
my preference would be to have Raul sponsor me as maintainer (I haven't
heard back from him yet).

I have cloned Joey's git repo and browsed some of the package and have
looked at its bug page, and I feel that this package is well within my
skills to maintain.

Let me know how you would like me to proceed, and I will retitle the O
to an ITA with appropriate owner.
