libopenal0 not available anymore on Debian lenny

Hi all,

ioquake3 is currently built against libopenal0 (0.0.8).

Since that library will disappear from Debian soon, I think you could
either package libopenal0 into the ioquake3 distribution, either build
it against libopenal1.
