Hmm, I just tried to validate the XML produced by Oolite according to
that DTD.  According to opensp (onsgml), it is hopeless.  Try it
yourself, it is clearly a case of garbage-out, crash-in.

I guess the handling of XML in oolite needs an extreme fix.
