Philipp,

Yes I have tried the menus do work. I can setup a number of remote servers 
with the Preferences menu. Then when I click on File/New/Servers it presents 
the list of servers I setup.  Selecting one attempts a connection. The menus 
do work as advertised with local en.

What exactly do you mean the program doesn't work.  Perhaps that is a different 
issue to the locales in this bug report. It is true however that this app 
isn't the most intuitive and the interface isn't very graceful in its usage.

While I don't want to start flapping severity between grave/ important I stand 
by my original claim that whilst important locale support isn't RC. However 
you have set it to grave so I will leave it to you to set as you see fit.

Of course if the application doesn't work as advertised, or there are better 
alternatives then that is a different issue (and should be a different RC bug) 
and I would support removal if the maintainer isn't able to address these 
issues.
