Package: dreamchess
Version: 0.2.0-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

-- System Information:
Debian Release: squeeze/sid
  APT prefers testing
  APT policy: (500, 'testing')
Architecture: i386 (i686)

Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core)
Locale: LANG=es_ES.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash

Dreamchess fails to run, just opening a black window and hanging the X server (no mouse or keyboard response).

I've tried to run dreamchess with -v3 parameter looking for some output or clues but no enough luck though:

advocatux at gregson:~$ dreamchess -v3

(After dreamchess freezes, I killed the process from remote and Xserver restarts).
