Diorama (Warzone2100 random map generator)

Hello,

we have written a random map generator for warzone2100 2.2; 
http://warzone2100.org.uk/

Is this something that could be included in Debian? Is there a document 
describing how a package should be structured? (I'm happy to make any 
adjustments necessary to get it included.)

Diorama itself is licensed under the GPL3 and any requirements it has are 
either already in Debian (python, cython, pygl, pyqt) or GPL2/3 (clasp, 
gringo from the potassco toolset).
