Because of your last statement (where it only now occurs to me that you
were speaking of the Mainter control field and not of being a
(Co-)Maintainer of the package), and also because you see here a problem
where I'm as maintainer am not aware of it.

Of course not because you haven't mentioned anything of that in your
request to remove Cyril. Have you? Is this a secret, or do I have to use
guesswork to find out? Unfortunately, that's not how I handle bugs,
sorry - depending guesswork won't buy you anything.

You seem to have a clear better understanding of the term "in the
background" then.

Thanks for (intentionally?) misinterpreting of what I wrote, and
claiming that your own point of view is that only true one. Again, you
haven't shown on what you base that he's inactive. And about working on,
there are tons of far worse examples springing to my mind that are
better to pursue, makes me really wonder how you do your "background"
work yourself. What actually makes you believe that he would not jump
back in when I don't have the time and would need a helping hand?

Sorry to have misread that part, wasn't that clear that you were
talking explicitly of the control field. I then wonder why this sentence
is listed at all, it's not like that data is hidden or hard to take a
look at. Makes me wonder who's polemic there.

 Thanks anyway,
Rhonda
