Bug#605071: Instructions to start game are unclear

When a7xpg starts up, it instructs you to "PUSH BUTTON TO START", but
doesn't give any indication what button you need. In Ubuntu, we've
applied the attached patch to change that text to "PUSH LEFT CTRL TO
START" (which reflects the key that actually needs to be pressed).

We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
