Hello,

I also ask you to please update the package, having a package already 
obsoleted when Squeeze gets out (and for the few years that it will be 
active) is not very nice.

Also, I have a new package that I want to add to Debian which depends on it.  
If the package is not updated within a few weeks, I will try to NMU it.
