dbghelp is only used for Windows.

I believe the only subdirectories of libraries/ that are needed for
building on Linux are:
 * cxxtest
 * fcollada
 * valgrind
 * spidermonkey-tip
 * nvtt (unless building with "./update-workspaces.sh
--with-system-nvtt", which requires
http://code.google.com/p/nvidia-texture-tools/ version 2.0.9+ (not
released))

If you're using the -build tarballs from
http://releases.wildfiregames.com/ then all the other stuff under
libraries/ in SVN should have been removed already.
(source/tools/dist/build.sh does the relevant work.)
