Any changes before next upload?

Hey team!

Before disappearing for the best part of August, I'd like to do a quick
upload of MAME to include the latests fixes, and specially that upgrade
issue from Ubuntu, so that they can get our package pristine without need
of doing local changes.

This one (0.143-3) would be the target for debian backports that we had
been talking about.

If anyone wants any additional changes, please push them ASAP as I'd like
to build MAME maybe on Friday or over the weekend, before I go offline.
