Hum, I would rather wait for some missing bits, like the mess-common
package ( +1 there )

I would like also to add a readme file, to have a quick start to go with
mess. I have found that with MESS some sytems don't need a BIOS image to
be used, they just need a cartridge image as everything is included
there ( I asked on the MESS forum for confirmation )

So it means it is possible for instance to use mess for the nintendo NES
directly with the public domain roms from
http://www.pdroms.de/files/nes/Games/?page=1

I want to use ond of these cartdrige image as an example, maybe with the
KDE vs Gnome game :)

Also I have now in my debian/rules a mess_prepare_dirs target, which is
called before building the package. Having a separate target here allows
to restart an interrupted build without make complaining that he cannot
move the mess dirs around since he already moved them (not yet pushed in
git repo)

BTW I have also commented the watch file for mess since it was trying to
download mess 0.642
