Mame Readme + qt in mame

Hello
I have seen the mame readme I put in the Debian wiki has been translated
into Italien. Traduction looks good to me !
Should we package it ?

BTW I read on the blog of the Richard Belmont, one of the main Mame/Mess
developper that they are going to replace the gtk stuff with qt
