mess-data + default options

Hello
I created a mess-data package for the 67M (!) of xml hashes file and zip
artwork that mess likes to carry around.
Also I would like to change the following defaults in mess and mame ini
files:
re enable joystick ( default upstream)
enable windowed mode instead of full screen by default

ludo I remember you had some problem with the mouse when joystick was
enabled, maybe you should ask for help on the sdlmame forum ?
I tried with different gamepads and wireless mouses and have never seen
a glitch

windowed mode by default was discussed in the last debian pkg-game irc
meeting, and I find it wise as well

oh and mame 0.143 was released yesterday and today was mess 0.143
