Hello Cesare
After rebuilding mame 0.146 with -O2 to fix 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=678249 I noticed I was 
hit by the flickering bug on i386.

So the -window 0 default you set in mame.ini helped me too :) Did you 
report the bug to upstream ?
