I have researched this a bit and the mame 7zip code code comes most
probably from http://www.7-zip.org/sdk.html

On Unix/Linux we would use liblzma-dev which are posix fork of the
above, so I guess this is why we don't find on our systems the 7z.h
headers. libzlma-dev altough it shares the same algorithm is a
completely different beast, so there is no point of using it.

Yep I have just done that :) I have also commited the patch for libflac.
Now I will have a one month holiday so I propably won't work on the
package the coming month.

I also got this email from a DD on pkg-games-devel about parallel build
in mame
