Bug#663502: ogre-samples-data: installs plugins.cfg with hardcoded arch

ogre-samples-data installs a /usr/share/OGRE-1.7.4/plugins.cfg with a
hardcoded architecture.
This causes the SampleBrowser browser to break on arches not equal to
the main binary upload (amd64):

An exception has occurred: OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException):
Could not load dynamic library
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/OGRE-1.7.4/RenderSystem_GL.  System Error:
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/OGRE-1.7.4/RenderSystem_GL.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory in DynLib::load at
/build/buildd/ogre-1.7.4/OgreMain/src/OgreDynLib.cpp (line 91)

This breaks all arches except amd64 in debian and all arches except i386
in ubuntu:
