A few patches accepted upstream!

Hello all,

I've been working with the upstream (sdl) Mame maintainers in the last
few days, and finally had some patches accepted:

* In the upcoming Mame release (can't tell you whether 0.145u6 or
0.146), a couple of new makefile switches: BUILD_JPEGLIB and
BUILD_FLAC, will allow linking the relative system libraries

* mame.1 has been renamed to mame.6 and updated to 0.145u5; so chdman.1

I'm going to remove the patches in the debian tree in my working copy.
May I push them as well or should I wait for 0.146?
