Bug#692221: Patch: Fix numerous serious bugs in latest pangzero package

Hi,

Short intro I'm the Fedora packager of pangzero, and since Fedora
has moved to the latest perl-sdl, I've been working on upgrading
my packages to 1.4.1 from: https://github.com/kthakore/pangzero
on which the latest Debian packages are based too.

During my testing I've found and fixed many serious bugs, ie:
-Starting a challenge game crashes pangzero
-Beating the highscore crashes pangzero
-The score display overwrites the old score, with the old and
  new numbers ending up overlayed on top of each other
-When you loose a live the score area is not updated to reflect
  this
-Windowed mode does not work
-Widescreen mode crashes pangzero
-Selecting any of the balls in the help menu crashes pangzero
-Sound and Music are broken (missing)
