The test suite hard-codes /tmp/ instead of respecting TMPDIR. The fix
should just be to drop /tmp/ from this snippet:

./tools/run-one-test:tmptestdir="`mktemp -d /tmp/triplane-testsuite.XXXXXXXXXX`"
