Bug#687197: Incorrect version-specific build-depends on gcc

The build-depends on gcc is "gcc (>= 4.6)" matches the version of gcc in
Squeeze (4:4.4.5-1).  dpkg-buildpackage does not complain about this
version of gcc, and instead tries to compile the software, which results
in compilation errors.

Presumably, the build-dependency should read "gcc (>= 4:4.6)".
