springlobby package distribution

Hi!

I've noticed that the springlobby shipped by debian and ubuntu distros 
has the downloads functionality turned off at compile time.

Researching into the issue, i seem to have discovered that the reason 
behind this is former inclusion of libtorrent-rasterbar as springlobby 
dependency.

Now that springlobby no longer depends on libtorrent-rasterbar, could 
the future packages ship with download functionality (in form of 
pr-downloader support) active?
