Bug#731830: ballerburg: priority should be optional not extra

Dear Maintainer,

please consider changing ballerburg's priority value from "extra" to
"optional" because ballerburg is software people want to install whereas
"extra" indicates some sort of conflict with another program or it has
a specialized use case like debugging symbols.
