Last steps to Mame 0.148

I've already done it in my local repository; there are no conflicts
as I merged master into debian/0.148 prior to do any editing,.
I'll push as soon as the build on Launchpad is successful:
https://launchpad.net/~c.falco/+archive/ppa/+packages
It's currently building, but it takes more than 1 hour and
I'm not at home now.

I've also created the mame-extra repository on Alioth,
I'll soon publish the initial commits as well.

Looking through history.dat site, I realized that it will serve
Mess as well, which is no surprise as we can always consider
Mess as a derivative from Mame.

So we'll end up having mess suggesting mame-extra,
and mame depending on mess-data. This is a bit confusing IMO.
Wouldn't it be good if we rename mess-data to mame-data for
consistence between names, and settle things with ftp master
once and (hopefully) forever?
