Last steps to Mame 0.148

I've already done it in my local repository; there are no conflicts

I added the breaks/replaces stuff both in mame and mame-extra,
but I'm reconsidering it now. Is it really necessary?
We are not going to rename or replace anything, we are
just switching the originating source package.
