Uploading mame 0.148 to unstable unsuccesfull because of missing rights

It's apparently getting confused about you stealing mess' binaries.
Which in a way will be true in unstable, although it already happened
ages ago in experimental.

Anyway, I hadn't uploaded this yet as I thought we were waiting for a
eglibc 1.17 fix from Cesare. Cesare, can you push the fix to master
(without the 0.149 changes) so the package can make its way to unstable
while we wait for 0.149?
