Bug#736315: Rescheduling NMU

Note: As Matthias Klose NMU'ed the current version I aborted my NMU to:
-> include the NMU from Matthias
-> also (for the moment) *drop* the symbols file -- it is just to
fragile and fixing the mess with wfmath-1.0 has (my) higher priority

New NMU-Diff attached, will upload to DELAYED/1 (basically keeping the
previous timing)

(As this package has to go through NEW I will upload to experimental to
avoid blocking in sid... However, *all* r-depends are already broken due
to this bug -- see #701273)

As usual, ping me if I should abort the NMU.
