Bug#757876: freeciv-client-gtk: can't start a local game

I tried to "remove" configuration files (~/.freeciv*) but that did not
solve the problem.

- If I do 'freeciv-server -p 5557',, the server starts normally.

- 'netstat -a --ip' return this, but it doesn't seems helpful :

The time when I launch freeciv hasn't any consequence, just after boot
or later.

I don't know where to investigate now. No not hesitate to ask.
