Deutex: display full version number including Debian revision

Thanks for the suggestion, but what advantage does it bring? The
"--version" parameter is expected to report the upstream version number
and it does exactly that. The package revision is a Debian specific
detail that is better queried e.g. by "dpkg -l deutex".
