Bug#752040: pysol fails to run

Justification: renders package unusable

When i run pysol from the terminal i get:

ImportError: libBLT.2.4.so.8.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory, please install the python-tk package


The pyton-tk is installed and the libBLT.2.4.so.8.5 is in the system
/usr/lib/libBLT.2.4.so.8.5
