Bug#764152: assaultcube: update config.{sub, guess} to support new architectures

Dear Maintainer,

assaultcube fails to build on ppc64el as config.{sub,guess} is outdated.
The patch below fixes the issue. Given the freeze is approaching, an
upload in the next days will be greatly appreciated.
