Bug#647621: 647621: nexuiz-data: Please xz-compress the data binary packages

The default compressor of dpkg-deb is xz since dpkg 1.17.0, accepted on
27 July 2013. This means dh_builddeb does not need to be explicitly
overridden to make the next upload (whenever it may happen)
xz-compressed.
