In the end this package was shipped in Jessie, without being built for
arm64.  I plan to ask for this version to be removed in unstable and
so it will not be present in the next stable release.

I am marking this bug as 'wontfix', because realistically there is not
much point in having it built in arm64 when it is itself obsolete
(version 1.9 available for a long time, both 1.10 and 2.x series with
big changes hopefully coming soon) and the versions of the reverse
dependencies are obsolete (CEGUI) or will have to be updated to work
with newer versions of OGRE as well.
