As far as I can tell the library packages need to be renamed because
a lot of std::foo is exposed through the API/ABI.

There's a source package available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/clanlib/1.0~svn3827-3ubuntu4 from
which you may get the necessary changes.
